This athletic form of flow yoga places great
emphasis on the breath and coordinating breath with movement. The
flowing movement is performed at a faster pace. The poses are
cued verbally but not fully "broken down". This is suitable for
seasoned practitioners and those looking to add flavor and spice to
their practice. This class would be considered a notch above
mixed level flow in regards to level of
difficulty.

Yoga - Relax
and Restore
These yoga postures are usually supported by blankets, blocks, or other props
and are held for several minutes at a time. We will start out
with a few minutes
of gentle movement before settling into a restorative pose or practice. Very
suitable for those of us with a stiff body but the flexibility of mind
to begin a meaningful practice. Also suitable for prenatal
students

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to
build strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle
bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt
the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse"
(torso).

Yoga -
Self-Led Vinyasa
This innovative method
of flow yoga places great emphasis on the breath and coordinating
breath with movement, as it trains the practitioner to develop sequences
on their own. It helps a student to develop a meaning personal
practice. Since this in not a "led" class, the student will be given
general guidelines to create and perform a sequence with the assistance of
a teacher.

Meditation
This group
Meditation is geared to both beginning and experienced practitioners.
Beginners benefit from detailed guidelines and helpful tools towards
establishing a daily, regular meditation practice. It provides a
supportive and encouraging atmosphere for all levels, thus making it
easier to stay on track with one's own daily practice and to learn how to
move through common problems and obstacles.

This fun and
fulfilling vinyasa yoga practice is offered to give you what you need
in "express" mode. You will experience a fulfilling physical
practice, meditation and deep relaxation, all in 45 minutes. Healthy
box lunch is available for an additional cost so you can return to

Yoga - Mixed Level Flow
With this breath-synchronized movement, the teacher
will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an
exhale. The poses flow smoothly and become like a dance. This
practice stretches and strengthens the body from top to bottom.
Acceptable for all levels of practitioners.
